- Map, evaluate, and optimise existing business processes for automation potential using AI tools and RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
- Collaborate with business units to gather and document requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
- Analyse, interpret, and present data to support process improvement and successful technology adoption.
- Work alongside technical teams to define automation workflows and validate their business value.
- Support the implementation of automation projects, including user acceptance testing, training, and change management.
- Stay updated on AI, automation, and digital transformation trends to identify innovative solutions for business needs.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and best practices in all solutions delivered.
- Provide ongoing support and analysis for live automation solutions, recommending further enhancements where possible.
Requirements for the AI & Automation Business Analyst Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, Automation Analyst, or Digital Transformation Specialist.
- Solid understanding of AI concepts, process automation, and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
