AI Full Stack Developer

Description

Twist Digital is a Tel Aviv-based Ad-tech company building a green-field product that puts AI at

the heart of every feature. We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer who codes confidently

across the stack and treats AI tooling as a first-class part of modern software practice.

What You’ll Do:

 Ship production features on React/Next.js + Node.js/TypeScript.

 Own AWS deployments, observability, and cost controls (ECS/Lambda/Docker, IaC).

 Turn quick prototypes into production-ready features and iterate based on metrics.

 Ship fast, take initiative, and own end-to-end features.

Requirements

 Fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript plus modern frameworks (React, Next.js).

 Solid backend skills: Node.js, SQL/NoSQL, REST/gRPC.

 Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and AI dev toolkits

 Daily development in Cursor (AI‑assisted IDE) or comparable AI coding environment.

 Comfortable leveraging AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) for rapid coding,

refactoring, and research.

 CI/CD, Docker, and infrastructure know-how (AWS preferred).

 Independent mindset, strong ownership, clear communication.

Bonus points:

 Experience with workflow-automation tools (n8n, Make.com).

 Background in ad-tech.
