• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator & Office Manager to join our team. This dual-function role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting project execution while managing the daily operations of the office. You will play a key role in coordinating project activities and ensuring an efficient, well-run office environment that supports productivity and team collaboration.

Functional (job responsibilities)

Project Coordination:

• Support project planning and scheduling by coordinating tasks, meetings, and resources.

• Maintain and update project documentation, timelines, and status reports.

• Assist in communication between internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

• Help prepare materials and logistics for workshops, meetings, and presentations.

Office Management:

• Oversee general office operations, including supplies, facilities management, and vendor coordination.

• Manage administrative processes and maintain organized records and documentation.

Job requirements

Education/Qualification

• ​Diploma or Bachelor's degree Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination and/or office management.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.

Special Skills

• Good communication skills, both oral and written

• Excellent documentation skills and technical writing abilities

• Team player, always willing to help/support team efforts

• Able and willing to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ready to take initiative/leadership, should situation require it
