The Client Services Data and AI team strives to create an open, trusting data culture where the cost of curiosity – the number of steps, amount of time, and complexity of effort needed to use operational data to derive insights – is as low as possible. We govern Client Services’ operational data and metrics, create easily usable dashboards and data sources, analyze data to share insights, and provide user success training and resources.
We are a part of the Client Services Digital Services & Operational Intelligence function and work with all levels of stakeholders, from executive leaders sharing insights with the C-Suite to customer-facing colleagues who rely on our assets to incorporate data to their daily responsibilities.
The Analyst specializes in using our data to define metrics and build Source of Truth dashboards, with a particular focus on translation for non-technical users. The Analyst must be able to explain analytical methods to a wide range of users and flexibly adapt their style to accommodate varying knowledge bases and learning speeds. The successful Analyst must understand the drivers of our clients’ and our own businesses (how they operate, how they make money, and how strategic and tactical decisions impact financial and operational results) in order to assist others in using our resources and data to greatest effect. While their expertise is in data analytics and translation, the Analyst also has the basic coding, math, statistics, and problem-solving skills to tackle analytic challenges and communicate effectively with engineering and technology teams.
