Job Description

We are looking for an Automation & AI Solutions Expert | Sales & Service for the CRM & Digital Transformation based in Göttingen, Germany (Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH). In this role, you are representing the business and will drive the development and implementation of AI-driven strategies within CRM platform to optimize and personalize customer engagement, customer lifecycle management and sales conversion rates.

The team consists of ten professionals, who are looking forward to shaping the future with you.
This position is available for full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Göttingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

  • Drive design and implementation of AI tools to analyze sales, customer and market data to identify trends and provide insights enhancing decision-making and strategy formulation

  • Design and execute training programs for sales teams to leverage AI and automation tools effectively

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI and automation initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation within the sales and customer service workflows to reduce time spent on repetitive activities, and implement solutions in close collaboration with IT

  • Work closely with IT,data and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of AI tools and platforms into existing systems

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and automation technologies, applying them to improve sales processes

 What will convince us

  • You have master´s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Proven experience in digital sales transformation, with a focus on AI and automation

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics

  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and timelines, high attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation and reporting

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Fluent in English
