We are looking for a Country Manager / Managing Director to lead and grow our business in Benelux, driving our sales strategy, nurturing key partnerships, and building a high-performing team.
How You’ll Shape Our Success
As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our Benelux business. You will lead all sales initiatives, develop and strengthen strategic partnerships, spearhead business development activities, and actively support office engagements. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding Qodea's presence in the Benelux market and ensuring operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute the business strategy for the Benelux region to achieve growth targets and expand Qodea's market presence.
- Drive all sales initiatives, from identifying new business opportunities and leading pitches to closing deals with enterprise clients.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with Google and other key technology partners to expand our market reach.
- Oversee the financial performance of the Benelux operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and manage the pipeline with rigorous opportunity qualification using the MEDDICC framework.
- Lead, mentor, and empower our Benelux team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration that understands and integrates with the local culture.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, delivery, people, and finance, to ensure seamless client service and internal operations.
Requirements
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Demonstrable experience in leading and developing a high-performing team within the Benelux region.
- Demonstrable success in enterprise sales across cloud infrastructure, data, AI, security, and/or application development.
- Demonstrable track record of planning and executing significant and complex deals with large enterprise organisations.
- Experience leading client relationships in the Benelux region across industries such as retail, manufacturing, financial services and insurance, technology, and media.
- A deeply consultative selling approach with clients at the CXO level, with the ability to build relationships and scale across the business.
- Extensive business acumen with a highly strategic perspective and the ability to quickly understand business strategy and build trust.
- Broad understanding of customer needs, business cases, and how customers use cloud technology, with the ability to tie this back to business impact.
- Demonstrable experience closing large professional services deals.
- Willingness to undertake regular travel to our other UK and Romania office locations, with further travel likely due to planned growth.
