Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a strategic vision to drive long-term growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Identify emerging market trends and competitive threats to inform business strategy and positioning.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
• Oversee all day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service.
• Own the P&L, driving financial performance and implementing corrective measures to optimize profitability.
• Implement and enhance systems and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Work closely with product teams to define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Leverage market insights and customer feedback to refine product-market fit and enhance customer experience.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and lead cross-functional execution.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulators.
• Drive new business opportunities through market research and targeted outreach.
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

• We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as a General Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth and operational excellence, with experience in the crypto industry and a strong background in product management, business development, and strategic partnerships. Qualifications and Skill Set Required :

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product management, and business development.
• Background as a founder or operator in a crypto-related business (Coinbase, FalconX, or similar).
• Proven experience in business development and partnerships within the fintech or crypto industry.
• Strong product management background with the ability to drive product-market fit and customer growth.
• Deep understanding of financial principles, market analysis, and competitive positioning.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a bias for action and problem-solving.
