Description
We’re looking for a hands-on, results-oriented Marketing Manager to join us for a maternity leave replacement of at least 6 months — with the potential to transition into a long-term role depending on company growth and future needs.
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of day-to-day marketing activities and be a key driver in maintaining and accelerating Alison.ai’s marketing momentum. This includes managing strategic initiatives across multiple channels while continuously analyzing data to optimize performance and guide decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and qualified lead growth.
- Manage ongoing campaigns including content, PR, digital, events, and paid marketing efforts.
- Translate marketing data into actionable insights to inform strategy and campaign optimization.
- Create compelling marketing materials aligned with our brand and messaging.
- Track and analyze performance metrics and KPIs across all marketing channels.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to sharpen positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the Martech, AI, or SaaS sectors.
- A strong analytical mindset — experience in marketing analysis, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making is essential.
- Proven ability to successfully execute campaigns, manage messaging, coordinate events, and handle PR.
- Experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot – an advantage.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Creative, curious, fast-moving, and detail-oriented team player.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Native or near-native English speaker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
