Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and driven Partner Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced marketing team. This role will play a key part in supporting our partner marketing efforts and will work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to drive engagement, awareness, and revenue through our partner ecosystem, as well as supporting the wider marketing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to grow, learn, and contribute to a dynamic team. Ideal for someone who has previously been a marketing assistant or a marketing executive looking to advance their B2B experience.

Requirements

What you will do

  • Campaign support: Provide tactical support across multi-channel partner and marketing campaigns.
  • Partner nurture management: Coordinate nurture streams to keep partners engaged and informed, including monthly newsletters, product updates, and competitions. 
  • Partner content creation (inbound): Assist in creating assets such as blog posts, case studies, and toolkits that support partner acquisition and retention.
  • Support in partner ABM (account-based marketing): Help develop and execute targeted campaigns for high-value partners.
  • Partner data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner records, ensuring quality data across CRM and marketing systems.
  • Support in partner messaging: Assist in crafting compelling messaging tailored to partner audiences.
  • Partner Portal management: Keep the partner portal organized, updated, and aligned with key business objectives.
  • General website maintenance: Update content, pages, and partner-related web sections as needed.
  • Copywriting & SEO creation: Support SEO efforts through keyword-informed content creation and optimization.
  • General marketing support: Be ready to jump into various projects and contribute to the broader marketing team as needed.

Marketing experience:

  •  1+ year of experience in a marketing role (B2B/Partner marketing preferred, but not required).
  • Familiarity with marketing tools: Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, such as Hubspot.
  • Digital marketing fundamentals: A basic understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
  • Content creation: Strong copywriting and proofreading skills, with experience creating blogs, social media posts, and emails.
  • Team player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product.
  • Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure marketing activities are well-coordinated and executed to a high standard.
  • Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
