  • Facilitate communication and alignment between engineering, design, and other stakeholders to drive project progress.

  • Regularly communicate project status updates to senior leadership, manage expectations, and address concerns.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8+ years of technical product management experience.

  • 3+ years of software development experience.

  • Experience working on large scale systems for AI, Search, digital ads, or e-commerce.

  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, system architecture, and technical concepts relevant to the industry.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and build consensus across different departments.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
