Role Information: We’re looking for our Head of Product Marketing to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for our platform. As our first marketing hire, you’ll define how we talk about our products—internally and externally—and establish the foundation for how Reflection shows up in the market. This is a strategic, high-impact role with the opportunity to shape both company narrative and product adoption at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end product marketing strategy for Reflection’s AI coding agents
Define core messaging, positioning, and value propositions across customer segments
Craft high-quality content and collateral: product briefs, one-pagers, blog posts, landing pages, pitch decks, FAQs
Translate deeply technical product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for developers and enterprise buyers
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to understand roadmap priorities and shape go-to-market timing
Partner with Sales and GTM on enablement, competitive positioning, and customer-facing materials
Build foundational marketing processes and frameworks to scale the function
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in developer tools, AI infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS
Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to speak credibly to technical audiences
Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution and content creation
Experience launching complex products and leading messaging development from zero
Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and executive stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Background in AI, ML, cloud infrastructure, or engineering
Experience working in early-stage or high-growth startups
Familiarity with technical content formats (API docs, tutorials, blog posts, demos)
Prior experience building a marketing function or operating as a founding PMM

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $200k-250k, depending on experience, skills, and location. Total compensation may also include equity and a comprehensive benefits package. This range is a good-faith estimate and may vary based on individual qualifications and market conditions.
