As a Project Manager at ETHICS CODE, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the progress of software development projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Define a comprehensive communication plan to ensure that all relevant project information is communicated to the team and stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
- Oversee resource acquisition and management, ensuring that all necessary resources are available and efficiently utilized throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular project team meetings, including kick-offs, mid-term reviews, and project close-outs, to ensure alignment and continued progress.
- Implement project management tools and techniques, such as agile methodologies, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
- Evaluate project team performance and provide ongoing feedback and support to promote professional development and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Proven project management experience, particularly in software development.
- Thorough knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques, including Scrum, Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve issues and conflicts effectively.
- Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- Project management certification such as PMP or Prince2 is a plus.
