Mission

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
    • Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for open positions.
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and draft accurate and compelling job descriptions.
    • Review, screen, and evaluate candidate resumes and applications.
    • Conduct initial and technical interviews to assess candidate competencies, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews involving development teams and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Manage the entire offer process, including salary negotiations, finalizing employment terms, and facilitating onboarding for new hires.
  • Employee Lifecycle & HR Administration
    • Oversee and effectively manage the entire employee lifecycle—from hiring to exit—ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records.
    • Supervise onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth integration of new team members into the company culture and operations.
    • Implement effective training and professional development programs, especially tailored for the technical (IT) staff.
  • Culture, Engagement & Office Management
    • Foster a positive, engaging, and collaborative workplace environment, promoting effective communication, teamwork, and morale among employees.
    • Act as a liaison between management and employees, proactively addressing concerns and resolving conflicts promptly and effectively.
    • Plan, organize, and coordinate team-building activities and internal events to continuously strengthen company culture.
    • Provide support in office administration, including handling visitors, managing office purchases, and addressing various operational needs that may arise.

Requirements

  • Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience level: From entry-level to associate, with proven experience in recruiting and HR processes.
    • Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles (preferred but not mandatory).
    • Experience managing the complete employee lifecycle and human resources operations.
  • Skills & Competencies
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong organizational abilities with proven time management and multitasking capabilities.
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
    • Proactive mindset, anticipating challenges, and presenting solutions effectively.
    • Flexibility in availability and willingness to address unexpected situations or urgent needs outside regular hours.
  • Technical Skills & Tools
    • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workable is a plus.
    • Basic knowledge of Notion and proficiency in Google Drive.
    • Conversational level of English (spoken and written) is a plus.

    • Availability and adaptability to provide support beyond standard work hours when necessary.
  • Working Conditions
    • Daily mandatory presence at the office (8:00 am – 6:00 pm).
    • Flexible schedule availability is expected for special requirements or urgent matters.
    • Possibility to adjust daily schedule for meals or short breaks to enhance afternoon availability.
