Salesforce Developer (4+ Years Experience)

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure Sales Cloud features including lead conversion, opportunity management, forecasting, and quote-to-cash workflows.
• Build and maintain Service Cloud capabilities such as case management, SLAs, and knowledge base integration.
• Develop and enhance customer lifecycle processes using CRM best practices.
• Design and implement automation workflows and approval processes.
• Participate in cross-cloud data integration projects (Sales, Service, and Marketing).
• Support reporting and dashboard requirements using Salesforce analytics tools.
• Write well-structured Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Components (LWC).
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud customization.
• Exposure to Marketing Cloud and cross-cloud data flows.
• CRM fundamentals: customer data management, 360° view, and segmentation.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Familiarity with CPQ, quote generation, and sales automation flows.
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I (Required).

Preferred:

• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant.
• Exposure to Marketing Cloud: Email Studio, Journey Builder.
• Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, etc.).
