We’re seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager to define and lead the strategy for our next-generation healthcare data and AI platform. This role sits at the intersection of cloud-scale healthcare data, intelligent agent-driven workflows, and real-world clinical impact. You will own key product areas spanning data orchestration, AI/ML capabilities, and agentic decision support—empowering providers, researchers, and health systems to make smarter, faster, and more equitable decisions. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role with visibility across engineering, sales, clinical, regulatory, and executive teams.
The ideal candidate is deeply experienced in healthcare technology, passionate about solving hard problems with AI, and comfortable leading complex, multi-stakeholder product initiatives from zero to scale.
- Define and drive the product strategy for AI-enabled healthcare data platforms, including intelligent agents and real-world data (RWD) integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end product capabilities—from ingestion to insight to action
- Partner with clinical, payer, and life sciences customers to translate needs into scalable, privacy-preserving product features
- Own product lifecycle across strategy, requirements, roadmaps, launch, and iteration
- Ensure platform compliance with healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA, FHIR, TEFCA) while enabling cutting-edge innovation
- Shape the company’s point of view on AI and agentic workflows in healthcare delivery and research
- Serve as a thought leader in data productization, responsible AI, and outcome-driven healthcare analytics
- Collaborate with GTM, marketing, and partnerships to accelerate customer adoption and growth
