Senior Security Analyst

Job Description

Are you calm under pressure and thrive on dissecting complex cyber threats?

Do you have a passion for defending infrastructure and uncovering the who/what/how behind security incidents?

Join our Infosec Security Incident Response team.

Our Incident Response function is the first line of defense against sophisticated cyber-attacks targeting our global environment. As a Senior Security Analyst, you'll work to detect, investigate, and contain security incidents that matter. This will include highly regulated environments such as FedRAMP IL5.

Be the force behind real-time defense

As a Senior Analyst, you'll play a critical role in executing our response strategy, analyzing attack patterns, performing forensics, and ensuring threats are mitigated. You'll collaborate across Security Engineering, Threat Intelligence, and Legal to drive response/remediation efforts with clarity and precision.

As a Senior Security Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Investigating, containing, and recovering from security incidents across enterprise and cloud environments
  • Performing forensic analysis, log correlation, and malware triage to determine root cause and impact
  • Contributing to the development and refinement of incident response playbooks and escalation protocols
  • Collaborating with Threat Intelligence teams to contextualize attacks and track threat actor behaviors
  • Supporting incident commander(s) during high-severity events with detailed technical insights
  • Leading or contributing to post-incident reviews and document lessons learned
  • Monitoring and analyzing detection tools (EDR, SIEM, SOAR) and contribute to tuning and coverage improvements

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 5 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on incident response/threat detection and a bachelors degree in Information Security or related field
  • Demonstrate experience supporting incident response within FedRAMP, DoD CC SRG, or other IL5-classified environments
  • Have a deep technical understanding of attack vectors, TTPs, and digital forensics
  • Demonstrate hands-on expertise with tools like CrowdStrike, Splunk, Wireshark, and memory or disk forensic platforms
  • Have experience in Windows, Linux, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
