Requirements
Job Summary:
The Senior Data Scientist is responsible for leading data-driven initiatives, developing predictive models, and extracting valuable insights from complex datasets. This role requires expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and big data technologies to solve business challenges and optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced analytics models and machine learning algorithms.
- Lead data-driven decision-making processes and provide strategic insights.
- Manage data science projects from conception to deployment.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and devise solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance.
- Present findings and visualizations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or other data science tools.
- Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or cloud platforms.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
