About the Strategic Accounts Team
Our Strategic Accounts team partners with the world’s leading financial institutions - including investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, credit investors, and global advisory platforms - to shape how frontier AI transforms their most critical workflows. These are Hebbia’s largest, most complex, and highest-impact relationships.
As a mission-critical pillar of Hebbia’s Engagement organization, the Strategic Accounts team sits at the intersection of enterprise relationship management, commercial growth, and applied AI. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior stakeholders across finance to uncover high-value use cases, architect AI-driven workflows, and drive adoption across sprawling global organizations.
Role Description
As a Strategic Accounts Lead, you will own and grow some of Hebbia’s most sophisticated and high-value client relationships in global finance. You’ll bring a blend of financial expertise, relationship management, and commercial acumen to land Hebbia across multiple divisions and expand usage enterprise-wide.
This is a senior, client-facing role suited for experienced bankers, advisors, or finance executives who can engage at the highest levels of the industry and translate complex business needs into transformative AI solutions.

Compensation
In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the OTE compensation range for this position is set between $225,000 - $300,000 (combination of base salary and bonus). However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. This position is eligible for a competitive equity grant with upside potential.
