Join us and be a part of the future!Responsibilities- Support strategic research for AI-related innovative businesses and products;- Deeply analyze dynamics and cutting-edge trends in the AI landscape, identify industry opportunities, and conduct comprehensive research on industries, companies, products, and users to form valuable insights;- Participate in business incubation and implementation, supporting industry & company research, goal-setting & strategy formulation, business model development, and other aspects of on-the-ground execution.QualificationsMinimum qualifications- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or other STEM disciplines;- Strong capabilities in logical thinking, problem decomposition, and cross-organizational communication;- Self-driven, curious, and long-term oriented, with a spirit of innovation; willing to proactively learn new knowledge and explore growth in emerging field;- Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.Preferred qualifications- Prior research experience in electronics or computer industries is preferred;- Experience managing research projects, academic conferences, joint labs, scholarships, or academic competitions is a plus.Job InformationAbout UsFounded in 2012, ByteDance's mission is to inspire creativity and enrich life. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more.
