Reporting to the Manager of Data Science, you help build advanced data and analytics products using AI, Data Science and Machine Learning supporting Supply Chain end to end. You will show up each day obsessing over our challenges and drawing on collaborative nature to develop transformative data solutions. Daily responsibilities include partnering with team members to hypothesize, formulate, develop and improve data science products to help guide and advance data-driven decisions and automation.
What you'll do:
Develop data mining and advanced analytics to monitor, benchmark, and optimize our needs, identifying areas for improvement and deeper, root-cause analysis
Deploy models, simulation models, and other advanced analytics solutions to promote data-driven decision-making to meet goals
You will maintain supply chain data products supporting both traditional BI reporting and AI/Data Science use cases
Implement AI/BI solutions to enhance the user experience for existing traditional BI reports
Partner with team members on assumptions, opportunities, and solutions
Identify relationships and trends, perform statistical analysis and implement machine learning algorithms for prediction, forecasting and classification
Improve our analytics maturity and data-driven culture
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's Degree required
1+ years of hands-on experience with SQL required
1+ years of experience applying operational research models, data mining applications, and advanced analytics
Coding skills in SQL and Python required and are eager to learn other languages
Experience in machine learning such as clustering, time series, classification, regression, anomaly detection, simulation and optimization queries
Experience drawing conclusions and solving problems from a combination of large datasets in several areas
Proven problem solving in complex environments with solutions and applicable results
Experience with Databricks / Microsoft Power BI / Azure DevOps
Ability to travel up to 20-30% to Chicago or Omaha

Compensation:
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
