Decagon’s Marketing team is responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and demand through clear storytelling and strategic execution. We work across channels to amplify Decagon’s leadership in conversational AI while building strong market awareness and pipeline. Our work sits at the intersection of brand, product, and customer, translating technical innovation into compelling narratives.
About the role
We’re hiring a Content Marketing Manager to lead content that builds trust, educates buyers, and drives growth for Decagon’s conversational AI platform. You’ll craft a cohesive strategy across formats—blogs, eBooks, webpages, webinars, and SEO resources—and help position Decagon as the category leader in conversational AI.
In this role, you will
Develop and execute content that supports all stages of the buyer journey, from awareness to decision
Translate complex AI concepts into accessible, compelling narratives
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and sales to prioritize high-impact content
Leverage performance data and AI tools to optimize and scale content production
Your background looks something like this
Have 5+ years of content marketing experience in AI, SaaS, or B2B tech
Write fluently across formats, from whitepapers to landing pages
Know how to explain technical value to non-technical audiences
Use content performance metrics to guide and refine your work
Have created content for customer experience, product, or engineering roles
Even better
Have written about conversational AI or customer experience platforms
Have developed promotion plans that drive pipeline and lead generation
