Reporting to the CFO, as the Director of Strategic Projects and Finance Transformation you will:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive large-scale financial transformation initiatives and strategic projects.
- Lead finance digitization and automation programs (e.g., ERP systems, dashboards).
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics for hospital financial health.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver on time, on-budget financial projects.
- Provide analytical support to the CFO for mergers, partnerships, and new ventures.
- Track and report progress of change initiatives to senior leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration , Engineering, or related field ( Masters’ or MBA is preferred).
- More than 10 Years’ of experience in project leadership , financial operations, or business transformation, with at least 3-5 years’ at a senior level.
- Strong understanding of Corporate Finance, Budgeting and Financial Systems.
- Experience in Leading large-scale transformation initiatives , preferably in complex or regulated environments.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMP or Six Sigma certification is a plus).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
