You will join Asana’s RevTech team as an AI Engineer focusing on enhancing AI capabilities across customer-facing platforms and initiatives that improve service quality, user satisfaction, and self-service efficiency. In this role, you will design, build, and operationalize AI-driven solutions that enhance enterprise systems and improve overall business outcomes — with a strong focus on delivering intelligent, customer-centric experiences.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across technology, customer success, and support operations, helping bring the latest AI advancements — including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic workflows, smart summarization, and embedding-based search — into scalable, real-world applications.This role is ideal for candidates passionate about applying AI to solve meaningful business challenges and create seamless user experiences.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule - in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

What we offer
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 26,417 - 30,000 PLN gross monthly on the contract of employment (UoP). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base compensation range for this role may be modified.
Our total compensation consists of base salary and equity (RSUs).
