Role

We’re hiring a full-funnel marketing generalist who can flex across strategy and execution, top-of-funnel and mid-funnel, creative and analytical. This is a foundational role—ideal for someone who wants to build a marketing function from the ground up and grow as the company scales.

You’ll be responsible for building awareness, generating demand, and supporting conversion through a blend of brand, digital, SEO, and content strategies. You’ll work directly with our founders and collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and design.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy to drive awareness, demand, and conversion

  • Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid social, programmatic, etc.)

  • Build and refine Rogo’s messaging and positioning in partnership with founders

  • Launch and grow content and brand marketing efforts (web, blog, thought leadership, etc.)

  • Define and manage KPIs across the funnel (site traffic, lead quality, pipeline, etc.)

  • Collaborate with sales to build nurture campaigns and mid-funnel content

  • Optimize our website for conversion, clarity, and SEO performance

  • Test new channels and tactics to identify scalable growth levers

  • Manage agency partners for PR and brand efforts

Qualifications

  • You have 5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally at a fast-growing startup or agency

  • You’re fluent across the funnel—from brand to performance to nurture

  • You’ve managed multi-channel campaigns and can move between strategy and execution

  • You have experience crafting messaging that resonates and stands out

  • You’re a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from scratch

  • You understand (or are excited to learn about) the finance and enterprise SaaS landscape

  • You’re excited about the potential of AI to reshape knowledge work
