Role
We’re hiring a full-funnel marketing generalist who can flex across strategy and execution, top-of-funnel and mid-funnel, creative and analytical. This is a foundational role—ideal for someone who wants to build a marketing function from the ground up and grow as the company scales.
You’ll be responsible for building awareness, generating demand, and supporting conversion through a blend of brand, digital, SEO, and content strategies. You’ll work directly with our founders and collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and design.
Responsibilities
Own and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy to drive awareness, demand, and conversion
Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid social, programmatic, etc.)
Build and refine Rogo’s messaging and positioning in partnership with founders
Launch and grow content and brand marketing efforts (web, blog, thought leadership, etc.)
Define and manage KPIs across the funnel (site traffic, lead quality, pipeline, etc.)
Collaborate with sales to build nurture campaigns and mid-funnel content
Optimize our website for conversion, clarity, and SEO performance
Test new channels and tactics to identify scalable growth levers
Manage agency partners for PR and brand efforts
Qualifications
You have 5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally at a fast-growing startup or agency
You’re fluent across the funnel—from brand to performance to nurture
You’ve managed multi-channel campaigns and can move between strategy and execution
You have experience crafting messaging that resonates and stands out
You’re a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from scratch
You understand (or are excited to learn about) the finance and enterprise SaaS landscape
You’re excited about the potential of AI to reshape knowledge work
