Internship Gen AI- Usage of ChatGPT an creation of chatbots

We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to strengthen our team in the implementation and training of employees in the use of Microsoft 365 Copilot. This is the GPT AI tool of Microsoft which uses the GPT-4 large language model (like ChatGPT). You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the latest AI technologies and contribute to the optimization of our business processes. What will you do:

As an GPT AI intern, you will be part of the AIDA program. This program stands for AI, Data and Automation and is focused on operationalizing the AI strategy for Royal IHC. You will be part of a small team with a passion for technology and innovation. As an intern you have the opportunity to carry out one or both of the following projects:

Help with the implementation of Copilot and training our employees in its use. You will learn how to deploy Copilot for Office applications, data analysis, writing and improving code and more. You will also assist in collecting and analyzing feedback and gathering new use cases.

Help customize Copilot for specific applications within IHC. For this, you will use Copilot Studio. You will learn how to tailor Copilot to our domains, styles, and preferences. You will also assist in developing and testing new features and integrations with our existing systems and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot within IHC.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops for employees.
• Explore possibilities to customize Copilot for specific applications within the organization.
• Customize Copilot using Copilot Studio to tailor the platform to the specific needs of IHC.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for AI use within IHC.

We are looking for:

• You are pursuing a bachelor's degree (HBO) in Business IT, Computer Science (or a related field).
• You have an affinity with artificial intelligence and Copilot. You are aware of the possibilities and limitations of these technologies and are willing to delve further into them.
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, both orally and in writing.
• The ability to work independently and be self-critical.
