Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop, manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities in the EMEA region for Automotive/HPC(High Performance Computing)/AI Business units.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
- Conduct market research/Mega Trend to identify top players in various segments, tacking of competitors, and market size.
- Acquire a deep understanding of the business-units markets and customers, market drivers, customer motivations, and concerns, potential solutions.
- Further development and enhancement of Web Marketing and coordinate implementation.
- Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results.
- Define and lead market development strategies and tactics.
- Participate in conferences, trade shows, marketing campaigns, and professional associations as required.
- Support responsible salespersons.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field in Marketing.
- 5 years of experience in Marketing.
- Product Marketing experience is a must.
- Excellent command of English and German is required
- Advanced knowledge on MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. MS Dynamics skills are a must.
- Industry experience in Electrical and Electronics is preferred.
- Knowledge and skills of Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, illustrator, web content management will be a plus.
- Relevant work experience in Marketing and event management.
- Able to work under pressure (stress resistant) in a fast moving environment.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and interest in coordination.
