Your Role:

As a ML Ops / LLM Ops Engineer at CSAA Insurance Group, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our machine learning and large language model operations.

Your work:

Your expertise will ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and scaling of these models, enabling us to offer innovative insurance solutions and enhance our members' experiences. Collaborating with data scientists and developers, you will optimize workflows and integrate cutting-edge technologies to drive efficiency and accuracy in decision making.

Required Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM

· Ability to implement and support ML-Ops cloud solutions

· Proven expertise in deploying and managing machine learning models in production environments

· Experience with large language model (LLM) operations and optimization

· 2+ years of experience in Data science models validation and tests automation.

· 2+ years of experience in working on AWS Sagemaker, DataRobot and similar AI/ML suite of products.

· 2+ years of experience in detecting model drift and bias, model monitoring and alerting.

· 5+ years of experience in Python or similar language

· 2+ years of experience with ML-Ops Frameworks like Kubeflow, ML-Flow, DataRobot, Airflow etc., experience with Docker and Kubernetes, OpenShift.

· Knowledge on ML Frameworks such as scikit-learn, Keras, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.

· Knowledge on building CI/CD pipelines orchestration by Github actions, Airflow, or similar tools

· Ability to effectively communicate with a team of data scientists, data engineers and architects, document the processes.

· Knowledge on Data Preparation, feature engineering, model build and training, model registration and model deployment

· Experience in DevOps cloud formation tools like AWS CDK, Terraform etc.

· Experience working in challenging and dynamic Agile / SAFE environment.

· Overall 2+ years of experience working in a cloud environment (AWS Preferred)

The national average salary range for this position is $105,345- $117,050.  However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $94,815 - $140,550.  This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 8% of eligible pay.
