Job Title: Project Manager
Scope: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Odoo ERP system development to lead end-to-end project execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, excellent leadership, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in both English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of ERP projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery to executive stakeholders.
- Lead project teams with effective resource allocation and technical decision-making.
- Collaborate with ERP experts to organize and facilitate Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, action plans, resource usage, and status updates.
- Proactively identify potential risks in ERP implementation and create mitigation strategies.
- Provide clear leadership, direction, and ongoing performance feedback to cross-functional teams.
- Ensure all project milestones and deliverables meet quality standards and align with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, including at least 5 years specifically managing ERP or Odoo system development projects.
Certifications Required:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Agile Scrum Master
- SAFe Agilist 5
