As a Revenue Growth Consultant at Kore.ai, you’ll be the first point of contact for qualified, sourced opportunities. This high-impact role is designed for experienced tech sales professionals who can lead compelling initial conversations, build early interest, and align prospect needs with Kore.ai’s solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers, Account Executives, and partners to ensure a seamless experience from first touch to opportunity handoff. This is not an entry-level role—it requires confidence, polish, and at least three years of success in technology sales.

POSITION / TITLE: Revenue Growth Consultant

LOCATION: Remote, US

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and lead introductory meetings with sourced prospects, establishing credibility, and building early-stage relationships.
  • Qualify prospect needs and match them to the appropriate Kore.ai solutions.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and build custom decks to drive interest and clearly articulate our value proposition.
  • Collaborate closely with SEs and AEs to ensure seamless handoffs and continuity throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with leadership to develop and advance new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in HubSpot CRM.
  • Continuously refine messaging and pitch strategy based on feedback and market trends.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technology sales, with a strong track record of driving revenue.
  • Proven ability to lead sales conversations and uncover business needs in a consultative manner.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales Engineers, AEs, Channel/Partner teams).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication - confident, clear, and persuasive.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Ability to create and tailor compelling sales decks and presentation materials.
  • Strong technical and business acumen with the ability to speak to both IT and business stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and driven to meet performance goals.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and position complex technology solutions.
  • Experience working with enterprise partnerships or channels.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, or customer experience platforms.
  • Coachable, feedback-driven, and resilient in the face of objections.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred

Depending on specific professional experience and geographical location of individuals, the salary for this position ranges from $65,000 - $75,000. Additional wage/bonus/commission and benefit details will be shared during the formal interview process for this full-time employment opportunity.
