Requirements
5+ years in backend software development
Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Familiarity with orchestration tools like YARN, Airflow, Argo, or Temporal
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities
Design and build features for SaaS apps with a focus on scalability and performance
Work closely with product managers and designers to deliver functionality
Ensure application reliability and resolve technical bottlenecks
Maintain clean, efficient code and support development best practices
Mentor junior engineers and support technical growth within the team
