Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and support assigned applications, ensuring seamless functionality and high performance.
- Provide subject matter expertise, acting as a go-to resource for application-specific knowledge.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and end-users.
- Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and optimize processes for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and share best practices with the team.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security requirements while maintaining compliance standards.
- Flexible with shifts and occasional weekend support.
Key Competencies
- Full life-cycle experience on enterprise software development projects.
- Experience in relational databases/ data marts/data warehouses and complex SQL programming.
- Extensive experience in ETL, shell or python scripting, data modelling, analysis, and preparation
- Experience in Unix/Linux system, files systems, shell scripting.
- Good to have knowledge on any cloud platforms like Azure, Databricks etc.
- Good to have experience in BI Reporting tools – Power BI
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills used to resolve technical problems.
- Must possess a good understanding of Compliance and Security Standards (preferably US standards).
- Ability to work independently but must be a team player. Should be able to drive business decisions and take ownership of their work.
- Experience in presentation design, development, delivery, and good communication skills to present analytical results and recommendations for action-oriented data driven decisions and associated operational and financial impacts.

- Application: Databricks
- Languages: Python, Shell Scripting, PLSQL, SQL
- Cloud Technologies: Azure.
- Tools: Jupyter Notebooks, SQL Developer, Postman, IDE.
- Database: Oracle, Snowflake and SQL Server.
- Devops: Jenkins, Kubernetes and Docker.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in working in Engineering or Development roles with Compliance Standards
- 4+ years of experience building high transaction defensive web applications and Python applications
- 2+ years of experience in cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, OpenStack, Ansible, Chef or Terraform
- 2+ years of experience in creating application for container services Docker, Kubernetes,
- 2+ years of experience in build and CICD technologies: GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus or Sonar
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux command line
- 1+ years of experience in building applications using Large Language Models.
- 1+ years of experience in building intelligent automation using Power Automate
- 1+ years of experience in using Agentic framework
- 1+ years of experience in building accurate prompts for AI tools.
- Expert knowledge and experience working with asynchronous message processing, stream processing and event driven computing.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum/Kanban development team
- Familiarity with HTML5, JavaScript frameworks, and CSS3
- Certified in Java, Spring or Azure technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders
Education & Qualifications
University Degree in Computer Science and/or Analytics
Minimum Experience required: 6-9 years in relational database design & development, ETL development, GenAI
