About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Content Strategy Manager to lead our content initiatives across the entire funnel, from brand awareness to sales enablement. This role will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing a cohesive content strategy that drives demand, accelerates the sales cycle, and reinforces our brand positioning. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to create high-impact content across formats and channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Define and own the global content strategy aligned with business goals and GTM priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistency and alignment across channels.
  • Be in touch with dev /product team to understand what's coming (roadmap) in order to prepare the GTM material
  • Collaboration with clients/partners and media

Content Creation & Management

    • Create and manage a wide variety of content formats including:
    • Blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, infographics.
    • Sales enablement assets such as one-pagers, battlecards, playbooks, ROI calculators.
    • Website and landing page copy.
    • Webinar scripts, decks, and promotional materials.
    • Ensure all content follows brand voice, tone, and positioning guidelines.

Sales Enablement

  • Partner with Sales to identify content gaps and deliver tailored materials for each persona and stage of the funnel.
  • Support training and onboarding with up-to-date content and messaging frameworks.


Website & SEO

  • Collaborate with web and design teams to continuously optimize website content for engagement, SEO, and conversion.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to all digital content.

Webinars & Thought Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end execution of webinars: content, promotion, speakers, and post-event follow-up.
  • Source, brief, and collaborate with internal experts and customers for thought leadership content.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience working closely with sales and product teams.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of SEO, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), and CMS tools (e.g., WordPress or Framer).
  • Creative mindset with a bias for execution.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • Knowledge of conversational AI, automation
  • Experience in collections, financial services, or gaming will be a strong differentiation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with podcast production and video content.
  • Knowledge of Performance Marketing
