Akamai Technologies, Inc. is hiring for the following role in Cambridge, MA (multiple openings): Marketing Automation Specialist II. Developing marketing automation programs that build brand awareness and drive new business. Managing the marketing-wide activation calendar to support audience conflict resolution, cross functional visibility, and internal capacity planning. Supporting Global and Field Marketing email campaigns as a strategic subject matter expert to advise on email best practices and audience segmentation. Creating, developing, and managing pages on Akamai.com in support of campaign launches to capture interest and build the marketing pipeline. Developing, maintaining, and optimizing scalable omni-channel nurture programs to attract and engage our most interested prospects and customers. Reporting on email performance to evaluate success and develop action plans for future campaigns that drive improved results. Supporting data integrity and data management workflows, including list management, data ingestion, and system integrations. Working cross functionally with partners in Web Publishing, Brand & Creative, Content, Localization, and Digital Marketing to develop and optimize efficient production processes. Enabling and educating stakeholders by developing engaging documentation, presentations, and training resources. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the United States. [AG0973]

Required Qualification:
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Digital Media, Marketing, Market Research, or Statistics, plus 6 months of experience in the job offered or closely related marketing role. Must have 6 months of experience with the following: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Microsoft office, Playout, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, SEO, Canvas, Audience engagement, Storytelling, Ad targeting, Visualization, Content management, Image management, Brand strategy, B2B business, and Influencer marketing.
Compensation:
Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary for this position ranges from $74090 - $143800/year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
